Never having met Brett before he took me under his wing and made this experience painless. Being the personal representative of a deceased family member and living 3 hours away from the condo to be sold I was at a loss of where to start. After meeting with Brett he guided me through to the closing in a professional and more important kind manner. He kept tabs on the condo and found a malfunctioning sump pump and informed me of the problem, recommended a tradesman and oversaw the repair.
