Can not sing his praises enough. As first time home buyers, during the greatest seller's market in recent history, I can state without a doubt, we would not have our dream home without him.He has vertical knowledge of homes, areas, the home buying process and home value after purchase. He simply didn't show us a home. He walked with us through it. If a foundation looked solid, what kind of siding was used, if the roof was newer or needed to be replaced. Long term value of a home, and was honest when one was not going to be a good purchase. We did not feel like another paycheck, in fact, there were many times were he worked hard so we could get a better deal.And his help didn't stop after our offer was excepted, he made sure we were comfortable and happy with the inspection, gave good advise on how to address "problems" from the inspection, and had us covered about things we didn't know to be concerned with. Brett Rocks!!! I was absolutely blown away with this home/land purchase. It is exactly what I've always dreamed of. Land with the ability to hunt on, a home that is painted yellow and white, the very colors I've always dreamed of have since I was about 8 years of age. The road name it is addressed happens to be the name of my just past dog. What a coincidence, Wow!!! Its also in the town that I requested. Bingo!!!
