Brett helped us find our forever home. We went through two different buying processes to get to the home we finally settled on. While the initial home we wanted to purchase was slow and negotiations were less than favorable, I think it was more the seller and her agent than Brett himself. However, his knowledge of the area helped our unique situation. We needed a home that could not only house our family of five but my parents as well, plus land to go with it. Brett had a good knowledge of the area and did everything in his power to get every box check that we needed when looking for a home.
