So my girlfriend and I started looking for houses back in the middle of September and Brett has been NOTHING but AMAZING during our entire journey! We went under one house and that turned out to be a real gamble but Brett did a great job giving us all the warning signs that this house is not a good one and we should walk away from the deal. That just shows he's not in it for the money he wants us to make sure we find our perfect house. The house that we eventually purchased Brett agreed this was the best house that we've seen! He negotiated a larger credit back from the sellers and was able to get all necessary work done way in advance of our DD date! Brett Carraway is the BEST realtor in NC hands down! I would recommend him to everyone and anyone that is serious about buying a house! My girlfriend, our soon to be here daughter, and myself truly appreciate Brett and EVERYTHING he's done for me and my family! You literally can't go wrong with this guy!

Hands down the best real estate agent in the greater Charlotte area. Brett came highly recommended from an agent friend of mine in Raleigh and did not disappoint in any way. Brett is the epitome of a constant professional, always 10 minutes early for appointments and always took time to answer the phone or returned our calls promptly the few times he was unavailable. Highly knowledgeable with the housing market in the Charlotte area and knew exactly what price point to list our house that resulted in 60 showings in just 2 days, 20 written offers (17 of which were over asking) and landed us an offer that was $37,000 over asking!
