If every home buyer had a realtor like this young lady house buying would be a delight. Eleonore is one of the most delightful, helpful agents/salesperson I have ever dealt with. Always cheerful and answers questions and if she doesn't know finds out for you. I was not one of the easiest customers but she and her whole staff were amazing, so caring and attentive. If i ever need to to buy again I wouldn't hesitate to go back to her and highly recommend her and her team.

And when I say aEURoeteamaEUR?, they literally worked as a team. My husband and I first met with Brett whom laid out what his game plan would be, and was honest with the pricing of our house, and what to more than likely expect. (That was extremely important to us). Jasmine was one of our POCs, whom was available 24/7 for questions and any concerns. By the way, anyone we contacted responded back within 30 minutes. The professional photos taken were great, and they marketed our listing and the days/time of our open house across all major social media platforms. There were 3 real estate agents working on our house from what I could see. And all did a great job. So what happened at the end? Lets just say we are extremely happy with the offer that we accepted. Brett, Erica and Jasmine were amazing start to finish. My husband and I were attempting to purchase our first home aEUR" while living in Washington stateaEUR" in the middle of a pandemic. About ten years ago, we listed my mother-in-laws home with a realtor that was, frankly, worthless. I dont think she even showed the home twice in 6 months! What an awful experience! After what we had been through with other realtors, it was hard to believe - but it really happened.So, when my brother decided to sell his house in January of 2019, I told him to call Brett Boone - but just be ready for a whirlwind because Bretts team doesnt mess around! They will have it listed and be showing it constantly. Sure enough, my brothers home sold within a few days.September, 2019 it was time to move Mom out to my place and sell her home. It took a couple of weeks for Bretts team to sell her house because the first couple of buyers fell through. But, once again, we were getting constant text messages scheduling showings until it sold for good.Each time Brett talked with us frankly and honestly about what we could expect, based on the market at the time.
