Look no further for a fantastic realtor. Bret sold my mother's house for us and made an emotional task as easy and compassionate as possible. Bret has been the property manager for my rental home for the past several years. I live about an hours drive away so his help is indispensable to me. He is thorough, knowledgeable and always quick to respond to any issues that may arise with the tenants or any questions that I may have. If repairs or maintenance is required Bret is always able to recommend the best tradespeople based on his experience over the years. He is very easy to work with and makes the moving in and moving out process with tenants seamless for all. He has gone above and beyond sometimes doing small repairs, purchasing appliances or just driving by the house to make sure all is OK. I give Bret my highest recommendation!
