I worked directly with my realtor Elisabeth Cardali to not only sell the current house I was living at, but to buy a new house simaltansously. She created an entire presentation on a fair list price including comps and market trends. She made herself available to me at times that worked best for my family, including nights and weekends. She is incredibly knowledgeable and answered all questions I had, and often reassured my anxious self that everything will work out. She sold our house in 2 days of it being on the market!
