Brent did an appraisal on the property that seemed high in comparison to what I had heard from other sources and listed it accordingly. Glad that I went with him because he understood the market and got way more than I expected. I worked with Brent McSpadden last fall to sell my condo in Buckhead and buy a new house in Roswell. I remember seeing his commercial on TV and liked a lot of the things he had to say. Mostly I liked that he could get me the most money for my condo because of his market and appraisal knowledge. After an introductory meeting where we met, Brent examined the property, and we discussed a sales price. I was sure I could make 130k but Brent believed It was worth more. I decided to go with his expert opinion and in one weekend's full of showings I had an offer at exactly what Brent said we could get, 139k. Since the condo sold so fast I barely had time to look for a new house. Again Brent was extremely helpful and used his Metro Atlanta knowledge to really zero in on where I wanted to live and why. We quickly found a new house and Brent deftly lead me through the negotiations. We didn't low ball them with a ridiculous offer, but we didn't offer full price. After one counter offer we agreed on terms and closed within 6 weeks.This was definitely the best couple of real estate transactions I've ever gone through and I think Brent's expertise and calm demeanor were the major keys to success.

Brent impressed us with his in-depth knowledge of the market but what motivated us to begin the process was that Brent followed-up with us after the open house, sent us comps in our neighborhood and was also able to appraise and value our home so we felt comfortable moving forward.
