We regularly received updates on new properties for sale in Roswell that we could consider. We looked at many homes before choosing Six Branches. He answered our multitude of questions and was very patient. The process was handled masterfully.Brent not SOLD us this house, he LISTED this house for us and it was under-contract within just a few days, and then he SOLD us a home in our new location. His negotiation skills are exceptional. He handled each transaction with unquestionable knowledge, skill, and ethics. Brent is a professional Realtor and a certified appraiser as well. Glad that I went with him because he understood the market and got way more than I expected. I wanted to avoid being handed off to an assistant and he said that he would be available for anything I needed and was throughout the transaction. The negotiation that he totally handled worked out and I was pleased with the outcome. Great guy. Solid professional.
