We had such a great experience with our home sale! Brent was professional and knowledgeable, yet witty and personable as well, so that all our conversations were pleasant and fruitful. We hired Brent Humpherys to assist our clients in selling a Rancho Bernardo home at a time when many of the neighbors were also on the market and competing for the same buyer. Brent advised us about this, then worked hard to out market the other homes in close proximity of the property. For Brent, it really seemed like a sport and he hit the ground running! Within minutes of being hired, Brent contacted a TV producer about filming a marketing segment for Sunday television, he hired a drone photographer and videographer, and he brought in an incredible photographer who showed up with special lighting he uses in weddings. Brent also created a 4K panorama tour of the entire property and the grounds, and he used a special app to upload custom video to different websites so the home consistently appeared in the top of search results. As for communication, Brent kept everyone on my team continually informed of everything he was doing, and in many cases, updates were sent multiple times each day regarding showings, buyer feedback, and questions agents had during their tours of the property. When we think about the experience and what really stood out about Brent, it was his love of the business, his passion for the client, and his genuine interest in wanting to do everything with the best delivery possible. As the home was being marketed while vacant, Brent made multiple trips to check on things, ensure everything was locked up, and he also helped line up folks who were needed, such as carpet cleaners, a pool service, and maintenance of the grounds. One final point worth mentioning is that the home had been completely rebuilt after being lost during the 2007 wildfires, but was surrounded by neighboring homes which were original to the 1980s. Brent absolutely hustled to get the home marketed and under contract at a price which could be approved, and he was proactive in getting a list of improvements and upgrades to the appraiser which helped justify the sales price when there were some not-so-great, lower sales around the property. His performance was so spectacular that weve had him list and sell additional properties for us, and we cant recommend him enough to folks who need an agent who is experienced, passionate, responsive and who hustles to get the job done with excellence.
