I was awarded the OAR President's Sales Club Award for the year 2016, a level of accomplishment that just over ten percent of Ohio's real estate professionals have attained. I have fourteen years experience in assisting home sellers and buyers obtain their goals. Since 2007 I have worked nationally with banks in selling their foreclosure properties and helping them value properties. This makes me an expert on valuations and helping sellers get the most for their homes in the quickest time possible. I enjoy working with sellers and buyers and use technology and social media to stay current. I am also able to set buyers up on automated emails that come straight from our Multiple Listing Service (MLS) to alert them as soon as a listing becomes available with their parameters. I have sold many homes the first day it comes on the market! Customer service and satisfaction is my #1 priority and I will return phone calls and texts to clients usually within a few hours!

Brent actually sold me the house and then re-sold the house for me after we fixed it up. He went above and beyond what he needed to do showing me the house, actually finding it for me, and then listing and selling the house after it was listed one day in the MLS.
