Brent and his team have a very effective and efficient streamlined process for selling houses, I am extremely thankful for all the great work they did and would highly recommend them. From my first meetings, talking about strategy and price he was very open and honest in his discussions. We took only six weeks from that first meeting to have the money from the sale in the bank . The first three of those weeks were us trying to prepare the house before putting it on the market. It sold in the first 24 hours over the asking price and he guided us effortlessly through to completion thanks again!

Andrea is the absolute best! She pays meticulous attention to every detail and component of the real estate transaction. She will know the home you are buying or selling better than you do. Andrea is always on time or early and always goes far, far beyond what is expected. She works all hours of the night and day, and does what it takes, whatever it take. She is exceptionally kind to her clients, but one should never confuse this kindness for lack of ferocity. She aggressively fights for her clients interests while giving off an air as if her level of representation is normal- it is not. Andrea works harder than almost all of the people I have ever met in my life. She is a consummate professional. I just love her. I am continuously impressed by her. Andrea makes deals happen that no one else can. We just bought our second home with her, and I hope to never be represented by anyone else!

Patrick was so great to work with! We moved to Ann Arbor from another state so unfortunately could not do in-person showings, and he was very accommodating and helpful in doing virtual tours for us. He was easy to reach, quick to reply, and kept us informed every step of the process. We were incredibly anxious to be buying in this competitive market, but he was able to help us get our first offer accepted!
