Larissa sold me my first rental property. She negotiated and got me the best deal. My daughter job transferred her from Michigan to Mississippi, I call Larissa and told her my daughter needed to buy a house and she got right on it. She and I would travel from Greensburg to Mississippi two plus hours away showing me houses for my daughter and FaceTiming my daughter in Michigan.
