Brent goes above and beyond just being an agent, and we are so happy to have worked with him! Since we are about 4 hours away, we had to plan one day excursions to see multiple homes, from South Lake Tahoe to Incline Village. Brent spent the whole day with us on several occasions until we found the perfect home. He patiently answered all our questions and reviewed our contracts in detail with us, so we completely understood what we were signing. Brent is an amazing realtor to work with - and I can't recommend him highly enough! 4.5 years ago, he helped us purchase our current home. He listened to what we were looking for in a home and showed us many, many different homes that we would be interested in and helped us find the perfect one! We spent a good deal of time looking at homes, and Brent was never annoyed or frustrated with all of the looking we were doing, and ultimately, we found the perfect home! Fast forward to this year, and we decided to sell our condo that we had kept and rented after buying our current home. Brent walked us through the process, answered all our questions and was right there, every step of the way. There were several things that needed to be fixed/changed with the property since it was an older home, and with his help and expertise, we were able to get all those things taken care of. We were able to have it listed and sold in under 60 days. Actually, we closed today with the new owners and my husband and I couldn't be happier with the whole process, thanks to Brent.
