I am Brent Allison, a Licensed Realtor/Broker Associate with Coldwell Banker Alfonso Realty and a lifelong resident of the Mississippi Gulf Coast. I graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern Mississippi in May 2006. I have been licensed for 11+ years and a Top Producer representing buyers and sellers. I am a recipient of the Platinum Award from the MS Gulf Coast Association of RealtorsA(R) and a Life Membership of the Top Producer Club Round Table. I have the CRS (Council of Residential Specialist) and ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative) each are held by less than 4% of Realtors. I am an active member in the Hancock County Chamber of Commerce and a member of their 2007-2008 Leadership Class. I am more than qualified to help you achieve your real estate goals and I look forward to making our partnership successful. In 2016 I helped 37 sellers and 22 buyers achieve their real estate goals.
Community Involvement
My favorite community involvement is to coach baseball for local little league teams. I also participate in many localized charities and community events.

1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
My biggest advice to a buyer would be contact a Realtor first! A good Realtor will get you to top tier lenders for pre-approval and then off to see houses you qualify for.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
A seller always needs to hire top producing listing agent to sell their house. They know how to specifically market your home. Just putting a sign up in the yard and on Zillow will not sell your home. Top producing agents will get your home sold quickly and bring you more value than their commission.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
My business is about 60% sellers and 40% buyers. I enjoy working with both and believe to represent a seller you must know what buyers are thinking and vice versa.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
I recently helped a seller sell their home to move on to their new job within a month. On the buying side of the same transaction, I helped the first time home buyer find their new home after searching for almost a year! Both parties were so happy with the outcome and made new friends.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I got started in real estate in college. My family has been in development and building houses, so it was something I was familiar with. I decided to become a Realtor because I love working with people and seeing the smile on their face when they achieved their goals.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I have two special designations that very few Realtors hold. The first is the CRS (Council of Residential Specialists) and less than 3% of Realtors are a member. This is only given out to Realtors who achieved years of top production AND taken a specialized course. The second is the ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative) and less than 4% of Realtors hold this designation.
