We saw a few houses before the one I ended up purchasing and while Brent was happy to take me to any houses I wanted to see, he advised me on which homes were unlikely to meet my needs. During the house hunting portion, Brent is observant and will point out areas that may be headaches later on. He also assembles a team of local experts to refer you to if you haven't selected your own lender, inspector, etc. Even after my home purchase went through, Brent checked in to see how things were going and even sent a little congratulatory gift (which is so thoughtful). Though I don't intend to sell my home any time soon, I know I will work with Brent if I do. And I'm happy to recommend him to all my friends and family!

I can't say enough nice things about Brent. My initial experience with him was when I bought my first home 3 years ago. He showed me a different, more expensive, home and talked me out of buying it because he knew it wasn't a good fit for me.
