If you list your home with Brendan, you will get the white-glove service. The property he sold for me was in Waupun, but I live in Marshfield -- two hours away. Brendan served willingly as my "man on the ground." He met the various contractors at the property who were completing work that the buyers requested. This took up Brendan's time, but it saved me literally hours and days of my time because I didn't have to make the two hour drive each time a contractor stopped by. I realize this is a very specific review, but I want you to understand how Brendan will go above and beyond for you. He will get you the best possible price for your property, and he will also make the selling experience a genuine joy!
