Every person we take care of is truly important to us. We go to great lengths to make sure you are happy and we do everything we can to get you to your real estate goals. We will inform you and give you our best advice so you can make the decision that works the best for you. We pride our selves on having happy clients. No matter if you are a buyer or seller we sit down with you, go over the market, walk you through the process and set you up for success. 4 areas that set us apart: Communication is key. It all starts with an open dialog. You need the best information so you can feel good while making the right decision for you. We meet in person, call, text, email, and practically do everything but use a carrier pigeon. Ask our clients what they loved about working with us, and open communication will be one of the top praises they give. Level headed. This may seem obvious but we find to many people in this business make mountains out of mole hills. Often times agents & lenders can make the problems worse, whereas a calm and collected director will help with a smooth transaction. Let me tell you how AMAZING this team of realtors are. To start off, Anna L helped us find the perfect home for my unique family situation with not an iota of annoyance, exasperation, or irritation (we bombarded her with texts and changing our minds which would of drove anyone mad). She was responsive, charming, patient, and always available. We bought our home in Aug 2020 without an issue and the smooth process made us return to Caprika to sell my childhood home. This time we worked with Brendan, one of the owners of the company. Brendan is knowledgeable, kind, compassionate, and will work with and for you. We have been dealing with a nightmare of a lender and he as talked me through it all and stood by our side. He has given us solid advice and hasnt steered us wrong yet. Even though we are still in the depths of selling my childhood home, I know my family and I are in great hands with Brendan and Caprika Realty.

We highly recommend Caprika Realty! We were referred to them by a friend and ended up being paired with Julann Donnelly.Julann made time for us, was very professional, and ultimately helped us land a dream home. And all that, during on of the most difficult buyers markets ever.She worked very hard, and was willing to go above and beyond to help us close a deal. Everyone at the office was kind, helpful and easy to get ahold of.And furthermore we couldnt be more happy with their referrals for lenders etc.I really believe they have their clients best interest in mind, rather then just profits. One of the other reviews here described my exact experience with Anna.We had an overcrowded townhouse and needed more space. Anna was so patient and kind throughout the entire process.
