This is John Bryant (home buyer). I first contacted Brendan on the phone and felt comfortable with him right away. I had 60 days to vacate my rented home in Folsom as the owner suddenly wanted to move back into her home she and former husband bought new in1988. Brendan and I worked together as a team and visited several homes. He always arrived before "on-time" and made time to patiently show the home, talk about it, and never seemed to be in a rush to end the viewings. A few times he made two or three appointments in one day. I never felt rushed at any time. Brendan was very thorough in emailing messages, listings, documents, and anything else of importance. After my offer was accepted on a beautiful home in Sun City Roseville...Brendan was very fluent in emailing any and all docs for me to electronically sign. He was also available by phone and always returned calls quickly. I know I could not have chosen a better realtor to help me locate a nice home.
Brendan sold our house and got our offer accepted for our dream home in a very competitive market. Seven people offered on the home we bought, but Brendan's skill got us in. We received 15 offers for the sale of our home and he put on a open house that was more like a neighborhood party. The neighbors told me it was packed all day. His preparation for the sale, technology used, and different methods for marketing our home were majorly effective. The thing I really loved about him was his willingness to take time and educate on every step of the process, much of it prior to occurring so we knew what to expect and what our options would be. The process has changed a lot since I bought my last home in '04 and our experience with realtors at that time paled in comparison to the outstanding service and, most importantly, the RESULTS Brendan achieved. I'd highly recommend his services.
The last time I bought a home was in 2002 and boy how things have changed! I was fortunate to have Brendan recommended to me by one of his past clients to walk me through the process. His knowledge is vast and his team of support never skipped a beat. From finding the home, to negotiating all the details, to the financing, he was there. You should expect that from any agent, but the ways he went above and beyond for me, it showed he really cared about getting me the best value and the right home.

I was concidering selling my home and sought the advice of a real estate agent. A neighbor was selling their home that had the same floorplan and similar features, so I was curious if it was a good time to sell. I explained that I would only do so if it was the right time. That agent told me it was. I went to Brendan to get a second opinion. He sent me a ton of info catered directly to my situation with a full area profile, comps or previous activity, and a detailed evaluation of the market and the value of my home. He showed me it was better to wait a a few months to a different time of year based on what the market was doing at that time. I did. My neighbor's house sat and eventually sold. Mine sold immediately for $20,000 more than my neighbor's. Thanks for all the advice, Brendan!
I tried to go the "for sale by owner" route but wasn't having any luck with my home on the market for several months. I met Brenden at an open house and got to talking. We negotiated his fee to something I was comfortable with and he listed my home. Brenden upped the price and had it re-staged. He held an open house and it sold within the week. Not only did he make something happen very quickly that was becoming very frustrating for me on my own, but the price he got for my home more than covered the commission. Now I'm looking for a new home with Brenden and I know I'm in good hands.
Brendon is a true professional with strong negotiating skills. He was able to get us into a home that had multiple offers and got ours to the top and accepted.
