My wife and I worked with Megan to purchase our first home! She was truly wonderful to work with. Megan came with us to open houses/showings even when we were just trying to get an idea of what we liked. Once we found our dream house, Megan was awesome at negotiating with the seller while keeping our best interest in mind. She was available to us at all times during the day and was quick to get back to us with any questions we had. She was by our side throughout the entire process and handled any inspection issues that came up! We used her recommendation for an inspector and also title company and everyone was amazing to work with! I would highly recommend Megan if you are planning to buy or sell a home.
