1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
When BUYING a home, most buyer's start their home search online. Make sure you are using a website updated by the MLS for accurate information, that makes keeping track of your favorite properties, requesting information about a property, and even scheduling a showing a breeze. We offer instant access to the most recent listings on our website. When working with buyers, I have many techniques based on my experience and relationships in the industry, that will get your offer accepted in this market over any other agents offer. Past buyers appreciate that I am honest when discussing inspection items, caring when finding you the perfect home, and have excellent negotiation skills getting you the best value possible for your dream home.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
When SELLING your home, having an agent with a comprehensive and strategic marketing plan is one of the most important factors in getting the MOST MONEY POSSIBLE for your property. With my 54-point marketing plan you will get the top dollar with minimum time on the market. I have a proven track record of getting many of my clients offers that are over their asking price in a matter of days. When working with sellers, one of my many techniques is I actively market the home as a premier agent on Zillow, making sure that your home is one of the first homes seen when buyer's search. Past sellers appreciate that I am honest - with tips to prepare your home before putting it on the market, caring - with special circumstances related to moving, and have exceptional service there is never a time I won't keep you in the loop. One of the favorite parts of my business is the concierge service that I offer.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
I have worked with all types of clients and all types of scenarios that have lead to my expert experience in the market. I can help anyone with any specific needs!
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
I don't have a favorite transaction. I care about each of my clients purchase or listing of a home the same and put the same amount of effort into each client. I pride myself on being very honest with each client and my customer service is what I am most fond of.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
Prior to entering Real Estate, I served my country in the United States Army Infantry with multiple tours in Iraq and Kuwait. These experiences instilled in me the discipline it takes to build the most powerful real estate team in Colorado.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
With being in the real estate industry for over 18 years, I have many years of special education and training. My market knowledge and expertise speaks higher volumes than listing out my education and training. On average I read a book a week just to expand my knowledge and further advance my passion in real estate. Some programs I have put in place because of my special education and training are .
