Brenda was incredible. We are real estate investors but wanted a certain home she had for sale because of sentimental reasons...and she made it happen. When it became time to sell our mother's home I Initially made contact with Brenda to get an appraisal of the home's value. She met with me on premise, provided a comprehensive appraisal in keeping with the local market, and offered to do the paperwork for selling the property should we decide to sell it on our own. No cost for the appraisal, her expertise, or pressure to contract with her.
