Last year we were listing our house because my husband received orders for out of state. We had contacted the realtor that sold us the house originally, but his list price seemed kind of low. We then contacted Mark Spain and when Brenda Came out her list price was $13k higher than what we were told by the other realtor. Once we listed our house we were under contract within 3 weeks, and it was sold for slightly under what we had listed it for, which was still more than $10k more than what we would have gotten with a different realtor.
