Brenda was an absolute dream to work with. After running around with a separate agent for a little over a month and a sub-par experience, we randomly found Brenda through Zillow and instantly clicked. She is extremely professional, punctual literally 100% of the time, and knows the North Shore like the back of her hand. She is upfront, doesnt blow smoke, and seemed to just aEURoegetaEUR? us very quickly (re: she actually listens to her clients). She is also extremely patient - when asked to see a home that was 50% under our budget, she didnt scoff or make us feel uncomfortable, she just allowed us the space to see/explore and try it on. We ultimately snapped back up into our budget, but having the ability to be our crazy selves for a small moment and not be judged or chided was a welcome relief. Finally, she isnt pushy at all. She masterfully toed the line of offering helpful information when asked directly, but never crossed into the territory of unsolicited advice/advancing her own agenda. It couldnt have been a better experience. We genuinely do not have a single negative thing to say about Brenda or our entire buying experience. Absolute slam-dunk experience all around. Our only regret is not finding her sooner!
