Brenda is an experienced and successful Real Estate professional in the Sumter area since1988 and is a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Sumter Board of Realtors. She is proudly a Multi-Million dollar producer since 1990. Her accomplishments included: SUMTER'S #1 TOP PRODUCING AGENT IN 2009, 2010, 2011, 2014, 2016-2020. In 2014 she had a recording breaking year of having the highest production recorded with the Sumter Board of Realtors, shattering all of her previous records with over 17 Million in 103 closed transactions. In 2018 she closed over 22 Million in 123 transactions. In 2019 she closed over 21 Million with 102 transactions and was awarded Sumter's Realtor of The Year.
