Selling a home is a big decision as is buying one. Brenda was very helpful with hints on what to do to the home I wanted to sell so I followed her advise. Then we went on vacation I received a call from her 3rd day of our vacation that a couple wanted to make a offer - I couldn't believe it but was very happy. House Sold in 3 weeks and the deal was made over the phone. Then when we were ready to buy she found several homes for us to look at and when we found The One she negotiated a deal we could afford and bought The House. Brenda secured an offer in the first month. The buyer needed to close in 2 weeks, and I was out of country. Brenda and Lindsey were able to sell all the household furnishings before I returned so the house could be ready for the buyers to move in. Then we find out the buyer's mortgage company was going to delay the sale for an extra month, which was going to be a hardship for the buyer, and me because all my furnishings were already gone. Brenda worked with the mortgage company to get the appraisal completed, inspections completed and documented, closing date changes done, all paperwork submitted to the mortgage company, and convinced the mortgage company to improve the closing date by 3 weeks.Brenda knows the market in our area. We chose Brenda because she had closed the most deals in the prior 12 months, and she showed her expertise handling our sale. I HIGHLY recommend Brenda.
