Brenda was nothing but helpful ever since we first spoke to her. I called her on a Thursday explaining our situation, I was from L.A and wanted to come see homes in Visalia that weekend. She explained all the paperwork I needed so she could make the appointments possible and even contacted my lender herself to get the paperwork. When. we started the offer for our home, Brenda went beyond on what was expected and gave us pricing of the houses around the area so we could make a smart offer. After we got our offer accepted and we were in escrow, Brenda was available 24/7 for any questions or problems that came up. She explained the whole process of escrow and the closing of our escrow house. We were truly lucky to have her as our realtor, and we are excited to see what the future has in store for her.
