I never realized how much red tape I would have to go through to get a loan approved for a mobile home, fortunately I had the pleasure of working with Brenda Garcia! She already had prior knowledge of the work that needed to be done in order to get things going. Brenda was recommended by a friend & she didnt let me down! First we spoke on the phone & then she came by our home to discuss in detail what we were looking to do. Brenda helped tremendously in assisting us in making a plan of action: To purchase a lot. Sell our current home. Use the money from the sale to build our dream home on the lot. Step one is completed. We just purchased a lot today! Now to get going on the rest of our plan! And we fully expect Brenda to be there for the entire journey!! Brenda is great to work with. She usually answers the phone. Brenda was such an amazing realtor and made the process so fun that I was almost sad for the home buying process to be over when we closed on our house! As a first time homebuyer, she answered all our little questions and didn?t make us feel bad for not knowing some of the process. She was extremely responsive and worked outside of normal hours to show us houses when my fiance had odd/long working hours. I cannot recommend her enough!

Brenda was on point from the get-go. She knew exactly what we were looking for and would make sure we could get in to see it as soon as we could. She guided us through the bid and negotiation process to make sure we had a good shot at the property we wanted. It was a long process due to tight competition in the local area but she hung with us. (We are VERY nitpicky people and our needs are different than most.) In the end we found our dream home and were able to purchase it amongst a bunch of strong bids. Brenda was with us all the way from start to finish. I highly recommend her!
