My wife and I were moving to the area with no contacts, relationships, or knowledge of the area. Brenda helped us find a perfect first home and negotiate a great deal. Fast forward two years later: I decided to enroll in a graduate program in VA and selling our home was instrumental in the transition. Brenda advised us on the necessary improvements needed to sell our home. We got an offer in less than 24 hours! After the home inspection, there was a big challenge for us to overcome due to the very little wiggle room we had in price. She negotiated the deal so we were exactly where we to be. My wife and I were blown away because we honestly thought the offer was going to fall through. We also found out we needed some documentation from our credit union to complete the transaction, and there's only one location in PA about an hour from where we lived. This information was delivered to us last minute and to help us make it happen, Brenda drove there to get it for us. She's an angel realtor! I highly recommend her if you're looking to buy or sell your home.
