About Brenda Chandler

I am so thankful for the great opportunities in my profession. I have gained much experience over the years and have had the opportunity to learn so much from the many wonderful people that I have had a chance to work with and serve. Believe it or not, as a real estate agent there is always something new to learn or oddities that come up that we must learn to navigate and negotiate. Market conditions, laws, and advertising/marketing methods are always changing and we work hard to keep up with it all. Belonging to the Realtors Association is a real advantage because they are constantly keeping their members informed and up to date on changes. I am also lucky to work both professionally and as partners on our farm with my husband Brad Chandler (auctioneer and agent) In early 2018, together we formed the Property Peddler Auction and Real Estate Group.
