As a buyer I was referred to this agent under the USAA Rewards program. I had purchased a property in Larkspur in Leander unsight unseen as I was unable to travel at the time. I have reason to suspect she took advantage of me as a first time home buyer as she didnt disclose numerous details about the property and the subdivision. I had another agent conduct a walk through recently and she pointed out that there are high voltage lines behind the property that are linked to cancer and health concerns which make the property difficult to sell. It was the other agents opinion that Brenda aided the sellers by not disclosing the power lines and misled me into purchasing the house. The interior and exterior of the home did not match photos on the realtor website. For example I came to find out there are water stains and damage on the outside panels and the landscaping was in poor condition. There is no intersection with working traffic lights at the exit, entry point of the community at the 183 making it difficult to exit the community. The property is in the middle of no where forty minutes outside Austin. It doesnt suit my purpose or my needs that I originally discussed with Brenda. She never reimbursed me for the termite inspection that she offered to compensate me for in the interest of completing the sale. In fact she stopped returning my calls after the property was closed on and Ive had nothing but issues with the property and subdivision since the sale. As the other agent pointed out there are plenty of properties available in my price range in more desirable communities surrounding Austin and Brenda sold me an undesirable property that probably wouldnt have sold otherwise in the best interest of herself and the sellers.

Our house sold immediately and she provided good counsel to us to work through a fast sale before we were ready ....her photographer did outstanding - hard to believe it was our house as they were so nicely done.
