About BreaAnna Hilleshiem

The beautiful Eastern Idaho is where Realtor, BreaAnna, was born and raised. She is the oldest of three and the only daughter in the family. She cherishes the tight bond her family has created and strives to pass that on to the next generation. BreaAnna now has two adventurous boys with her high school sweetheart, Tyson. Both being natives of Eastern Idaho and loving the area as children, they decided to raise their boys in Idaho Falls, ID. She enjoys being an active member of the community and building new relationships throughout. She likes to donate time or supplies to community events. BreaAnna loves living life exploring the outdoors Idaho has to offer. Whether that may be camping, Side by side/dirt bike riding, kayaking, or hunting/fishing with family or friends. BreaAnna has also found a new love for traveling and exploring other parts of the world. While she does enjoy having lots of fun, she lives by knowing the harder she works the harder she gets to play! BreaAnna had found a passion for real estate early on in her adult life after buying her first home at 19 years of age. She is very goal oriented and motivated to meet or even surpass her set goals. From a young age, BreaAnna has taken on leadership roles that have given her the skills to thrive in situations when a lot is expected from her. BreaAnna is never done educating herself, she enjoys learning and or handling new tasks. Real estate is always changing, with BreaAnna's experience and adaptability she has led her clients to success with all their real estate needs. One of the biggest goals she has for her real estate career is to build trusting relationships with her clients and have the transaction come second. Working with BreaAnna was such a delight. We first chose to call her up because we had known her from school and already knew she was an amazing person, and she continues to be! Our property was a tough one and took a lot of patience and brainstorming to sell and she was always there with new ideas, reassurance and kindness. With such a big change in our life like selling our first home, the home we brought our baby home to, she handled it with such care and made the process so very nice and easy. I cant thank BreaAnna enough for always being thoughtful and willing to get to know our family to make sure we could have the best outcome, it truly felt like she had our back and wouldnt settle for less than making sure we had what we needed. I would highly recommend her to my closest family and friends and we will be calling her up when comes time to buy our next home!

BreaAnna did an amazing Job. It was a hard process for me due to loosing my husband and wanting to downsize our lifestyle. I got overwhelmed many times in the process and she was just a rock for me. Any questions I had she immediate to charge and helped me through so many ups and downs in my process. She Sold my house in the middle of winter and got over my high asking price. She is just amazing and I hope to work with her again real soon.
