We found Brea Laurene when we noticed online that she sold a home in a neighborhood similar to ours, and nearby ours, for a high price. We reached out to her and she came to our home and brought a 50+ page report of home sales and local market conditions. She spent quite a bit of time learning about the home and our situation. We were very impressed with her professionalism and knowledge, and signed with her. Over the next 6 months, she helped us with preparations for sale. We had lived in the house for over 20 years and it was somewhat of an ordeal clearing and prepping the house, and Brea guided us through smoothly. She commissioned an outstanding video of the entire property (2+ acres with pond, pool, barn and 3800 sf estate home). which showed beautifully. The house sold the first weekend it was on the market and over asking price! We are still in touch with Brea, would not hesitate to engage her again, and are pleased to give her our wholehearted recommendation.

My wife and I were getting ready to buy our first home and had been dealing with many realtors and lenders to no avail. We were building our credit to afford a place and many of the realtors were aEURoeinterestedaEUR? in helping us until they found we werent able to pre approve at the moment and theyd disappear. Except for one, Mickie Major! Of all the people we went through she was the only one who consistently contacted us with available houses and didnt just drop us because we didnt qualify right away. We were trying to use my VA loan for the house and were working with a lender that kept leading us around by the nose and wanting to charge us a bunch of extra fees. Finally, after the aEURoedo this and youll be good, now do that and youll be goodaEUR|aEUR? my wife contacted Mickie and told her our situation. She hooked us up with a lender that got us a pre approval in two weeks when the others couldnt in eight months. We were pre approved for the asking price of an AMAZING home but had no real wiggle room with the price. Mickie helped make our offer to be competitive anyway and now we are proud home owners and we couldnt be happier! I had deleted my Zillow app because, well, we dont need it anymore but I re installed it JUST to come back and leave this review because I know that theres no way wed be where we are now without the help of Mickie, and the least I can do is leave a review and attempt to put into words the appreciation we have for Mickie and the Key RE Team for helping us achieve a goal we felt was never going to happen.
