I wanted to use my VA loan and Brant warned me that sellers might not choose a VA loan offering (we closed with VA loan in the end). Honest and keep the customers greatest advantage in mind. We visited a house and made an offering, but we found out that there were more troubles in the house that expected. Brant didnt push the deal, instead he recommended that we give up and hunt for a better one. Quick responding, I can always expect a question answered thru message or email, even at night or weekend. And I can usually schedule to visit properties with the time slot I prefer. Overall a good listener that always keep my need and requirements in mind. Highly recommended.

Brant was amazing! We move to Texas from out of state and he made time for us almost every weekend since that was the only time we could come look at homes. He even met up with some of our friends to look at houses when we couldn't make it down. Brant was not pushy at all he would open the house up and let us look around then we would talk about what we liked/didn't like after. Brant was amazing at taking what we said we like/didn't like and finding houses that had more and more things we liked in them till we finally found the one!!

I went with Brant because no other realtors would leave the DFW area and we wanted to be on the outskirts. So plus for him making the drive with us twice. However, very bad with communication. Does not respond that he received my messages, usually have to bug at least twice before getting any answer. Did not walk me through any of the process, I was so confused the entire time, I didnt even know who I should be contacting, my realtor or my lender. And lastly, I did not get so much as a congratulations when I bought my house. The last message was him asking me about papers getting signed. So obviously, he only cared about making a sale and not about customer service and making sure I had a good experience. Which I did not. The whole entire process was a nightmare and I'm just so grateful its finally over. Would not recommend, especially as a new buyer that needs information and understanding. Test out your realtors, give your sale to someone who sees you as a customer and not a number.
