Let me begin by saying that I called multiple realtors in the Charlotte, NC area to prepare for our relocation from PA.... not one called me back.I then saw Giving Tree Realty online and gave them a call. To my surprise I was greeted by a lovely, friendly lady that assured me that someone from Giving Tree would call me back to discuss our move into the area. She was right... Joe M called me promptly and thats where my faith was restored in real estate. Joe has been gracious enough to answer every text, he has listened to our wants we wished for in a home, and also visited properties via zoom because we were unable to be there in person (the market is aggressive right now). I want to take it a step further.... he took us on the virtual walk throughs and pointed out things that were of concern, things that were exactly what we looked for, and inspected areas of the homes (good and bad) that we would have looked at as if we were there. He behaved as if he was the purchaser and what would he look for in a home. He made us feel like we were truly in great hands.My husband and I have owned four homes through our years of moving in the military and we have NEVER had a realtor like Joe. Finding a home in the Charlotte area right now is not an easy task. Joe walked us through the entire process and made it much easier though.
