ZillowVERIFIEDI would highly recommend working with Brandy. I had just sold my previous house in the country outside Austin and was looking to move more centrally. Brandy helped me find the perfect house that balanced living centrally (access to restaurants, parks and other amenities), with having my own space and privacy (which I valued from living outside the city). At first I wasnt exactly sure what I was looking for, but after an initial conversation and some of my feedback based on the initial listings she shared, Brandy arranged for us to walk a variety of different houses. As we walked the houses, she would pay attention to my comments of what I liked and what my concerns were, but more importantly she was also paying attention to my non-verbal reactions and looking for patterns in what got me excited. She would then take this information to iterate on the types of houses she arranged for us to walk the following week. For me, this was the part I valued most. She not only listened to what I said, but how I said it and would use that to refine her search as we continued looking at houses. She also helped me avoid pitfalls by bringing up concerns I had shared about previous houses to make sure I was not overlooking any issues with the current house we were looking at. Beyond helping me find the perfect house for me, Brandy is everything you hope for and expect from a professional in this field. She is responsive, communicative, a good listener and knowledgeable about the city, the different neighborhoods and the technical process of buying a house. She is also phenomenal at advocating and representing you during the offer and inspection negotiations. Most importantly, she is a pleasure to work with. She is very professional and knows her stuff, and you will enjoy the days you are driving around from neighborhood to neighborhood visiting houses with her. She is always punctual, an excellent communicator and an expert at her job. This is best exemplified by the number of repeat customers she has accrued over the years. I will also be using Brandy for any future needs I have in the Austin area.

During this process, she met with us to see what our needs and wants were and provided a lot of great feedback during walkthroughs of houses. She has a lot of knowledge on different parts of Austin, and how to analyze the pros/cons of houses. Our house hunting process was rather lengthy, and we made 3 offers with Brandy. Prior to each offer, she analyzed real estate data and suggested offer prices. In our case, her experience came in handy because she could guide us on walk-away prices. When we found the house we would eventually own, she was very responsive and ready to help the process go smoothly!
