C & J Staging & Design was developed to showcase her properties in the best way possible in a competitive market. Brandy has partnered with a well-known Interior Designer, Joan Greenfield to ensure the best possible service for all of her clients' design needs. Joan and Brandy own Coffey Group Interior Design. KW Worldwide and Keller Williams Luxury International have allowed the team and her brokerage to form strategic relationships with experienced agents across the globe. Thomas contacted me about my for sale by owner property. It was a tax deed purchase and I found him to be extremely knowledgeable in tax deed real estate. He sold the within a week, when the buyer defaulted, he quickly got back to work and resold the property to another buyer. My paperwork was perfect. There was exceptional communication throughout the closing process and we closed on time. I'm happy to recommend Thomas and will be using him for some of my out of area properties as well.
