We were expecting our first baby so the pressure was on to find a house in time to move in before the baby was born. Brandy was always overly patient and understanding with our changing list of wants and needs and when we would get a little frustrated with the process. The house we wanted had renters in it and she worked diligently to get both our needs met and get us in the house with plenty of time to prep for baby (without much help from the selling agent). She really went above and beyond for us. Brandy is an awesome, fun loving, personable agent who will work hard to get you the home you want!

She has a great personality; very down-to-earth which makes her approachable. We felt like we could ask her anything. She explained everything very clearly and was very flexible; she worked well around my wife and I's crazy schedule.She was rooting for us 100% and determined to find us a home we would be happy in. In fact, she knew we had found our house before we did. We saw a house that we liked, but passed on making an offer on it because we wanted to see more houses. She even said "Are you sure? You guys seems really happy about this house." We told her we wanted to see more and that was that... she didn't pressure us, she completely respected our decision. After looking at a few more houses, we realized we really did want that house. So she helped us put together a deal and we got it at an incredible value. And we couldn't be happier!Thanks Brandy!
