As a native of the Bloomington - Normal Area, real estate has been a natural career for me to take on. Working closely with and getting to know my clients is what I enjoy the most. My use of technology, for both my buyers and sellers in an effort to achieve the best outcome, has become something that I am known for. I am e-Certified and dedicate my time and resources to the Realtor Political Action Committee. He gave me excellent recommendations to get pre-approved for a home loan and set me on course to take advantage of a state grant program that would give me a dream starter home.Brandon's confidence, relaxed aura, and his expertise on the homebuying process always eased my anxiety as we came upon bumps and bends. His thorough work ethic left no stone unturned as we made an offer and readied for inspections so I could walk into these meetings prepared with information. Brandon is, without a doubt, the best in the area. He is professional, quick to respond, extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of the home buying process, a great negotiator, and many other great qualities. He successfully helped me navigate several pitfalls I frankly had no knowledge of as a first time home buyer; I definitely felt he had my best interests in mind. To help give an idea of what it's like to work with Brandon, here is my [shortened] experience with him:My buyer-realtor relationship with Brandon started abruptly, early in the house search I decided to shift my area of interest to the Bloomington Area, and the realtor I was currently with dropped me. At this time, I was ready - along with a few family members - to view several listing, and all of us had rearranged our schedules to make this happen. After weeks of planning, the realtor I was with dropped me the night before due to the difficulty of arranging the viewings. While irritating at the time, the result could not have been better.Brandon responded almost instantly to a message on Zillow (a completely random choice) and not only did he make it possible to keep the original schedule, but he rearranged his schedule to do so; not only that, but after only 12 hours, he accomplished what the other realtor couldn't after a week of requesting viewings. During the house viewing process, he offered advice and perspective on everything from the area, to the house currently being viewed, all the way to what to expect during the loan process and how it differs for the Bloomington Area. After a long day of searching, and after Brandon had departed, I decided to take a second look at a listing we saw earlier in the day. Brandon drove back across town to accommodate the request, and then treated everyone to dinner while he negotiated with the sellers on an acceptable deal. Brandon's aggressive negotiating style contrasted sharply with his friendly and personable demeanor, but the result was telling: several thousands less on the house and multiple add-ons beside.Throughout the remainder of the process, Brandon and his assistant Sarah were terrific communicators and were there for me through every step. There were a few issues with other parties privy to the process, and both Brandon and Sarah handled them expertly and turned what could have been a very bumpy road into a smooth experience. Oh, and if you're worried about buying a home and feel as if you won't be able to keep up, don't; Sarah helps the buyer through every step and makes it effortless to navigate the complicated world of real estate. All-in-all, if you DON'T want a house after the first day of viewings, if you DON'T want a great deal with many great add-ons and commodities, if you DON'T want expert advice on the properties you view and the area, and if you DON'T want to feel like the realtor has your best interests in mind, I would not recommend Brandon. He just won't meet your expectations if you expect anything less than excellence.

Brandon is the best realtor to work with. As a first time home buyer, our experience with him was very great and smooth. He was very helpful, very informative and super supportive. His aggressive negotiating skills, local knowledge and expertise, his understanding of a different culture/nationality was very impressive. He went above and beyond our expectations to be met. He is still helpful and working for us even after we closed the house with certain things to met by the seller.I would highly highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to purchase a property especially to a first time home buyer.

Brandon has exceeded our expectations! He provided de-clutter tips, color choices for paint and flooring tips, a full and detailed explanation of our competing properties on the market, and accurate curb appeal tips. His marketing strategy's work!!! We never expected to have so many showings on our property. He was honest about the market but still compassionate with our situation.
