MY COMPANY: SKYDAN Real Estate Sales has been in business since 2004. Currently we have 7 full service agents. The Broker Owner, along with the staff of agents has over 65 years of combined experience in the real estate business. MY BACKGROUND:After getting married in 1987, I started my own window cleaning business. Because of my experience in dealing with people and learning the importance of providing Quality Service, I decided to seek a new challenge. I then became licensed to sell Real Estate in 1991. After learning the basics of Real Estate and climbing as a top producer with Century 21, I then spent 3 years with Realty Executives. In October of 1998 I made a move to RE/MAX Partners in Berwyn. I stayed with REMAX for 10 years. At the beginning of 2008 I decided to transfer my license to SKYDAN Real Estate Sales. Because of my long years of experience and because over 80% of my business comes in the form of referrals I decided to seek an office that acknowledges the need for technology. A variety of specialized training has helped me to deliver the highest quality of service to clients. My training includes the completion of courses such as, QUALITY SERVICE, WORKING WITH TRANSFEREES, MARKETING, EQUAL HOUSING, CODE OF ETHICS, MANAGEMENT, REQRUITING and one course that I am especially proud of, THE STAR PROGRAM. This course covers all of the United States and portions of Canada. Only about 1/2% of all Realtors have successfully completed this course. All of these courses focus on providing you the quality service that you deserve.
