Raised in a real estate family in Metro Detroit, Brandon Schmidt attended Oakland University's marketing and communications program. Beginning his career in 2000 at RE/MAX Suburban in Sterling Heights, he served as a buyer's agent for his father, Russ. Brandon rapidly increased the duos visibility by partnering in the creation of their home renovation company, Gemini Opportunities. Brandon carries on his father's legacy by being one of the top agents in Southeastern Michigan. After his father's retirement, Brandon's brother, Brett, joined which created the next generation focusing on offering clients a collaborative and personalized service they deserve. Brandon now leads a full time team of professionals and has been recognized by HOUR Detroit magazine as a "Real Estate All Star" and has been inducted into the RE/MAX International Hall of Fame, a designation reserved for elite agents. Brandon serves territories from his hometown of Macomb County through Oakland County, where he currently resides as well as Northern Wayne & Southern Lapeer & St Clair Counties.. Brandon is an incredibly knowledgeable and skilled Realtor. I was very confident having him assist us through the home buying process. He took our "must have" list very seriously and didn't waste our time viewing homes that wouldn't meet our criteria. We ended up building nearly an hour from where he lives and he never once mentioned the commute and he was quick to question/challenge the builder when adverse events arose. We had Brandon on a roller coaster ride looking EVERY where trying to find the house THE house that would meet our criteria and budget. He was always on our side and worked with us every step of the way. Super responsive! Definitely we felt we were working with a friend that wanted the right fit for us. In addition Brandon is very knowledgeable about mechanics in the home and would point out areas that we might be concerned about in the future.
