We had a great experience using Pomerleau Realty Group. We owned a house that had potential but was in an unlivable state. It was an under 100k property that was going to be a complicated deal with the property conditions and buyer financing. We had tried a couple times before to sell it ourselves but did not get very far. A few realtors did not agree with my valuation of the property and passed on the listing but Brandon made it clear he would stick up for us in the process and we trusted him. It made the whole ordeal less stressful with Brandon working with us.
