I started my search for a realtor to sell my brothers house in Copperas Cove TX with a service that recommends top agents in an area and Brandon was on the list. Brandon responded to my request right away, answering my questions quickly and showed a very good knowledge of the market area so I asked him to represent me. Since I lived out of state, Brandon offered to help finding trades people to help remodel the house and get it ready for showing. He always worked with my interests in mind, and even did a few tasks like trimming trees and getting keys made. Because this was a probate sale, Brandon had to do extra duty working with the title company to get all the needed documents completed. He was always easy to get in touch with and followed up when promised. Brandon made selling the house from out of state easier than I was expecting. If youre in the market for a knowledgeable agent whos great to work with, Brandon is the one you want.
