Brandon is great about being honest about the facts and what he thinks, and in my opinion this is an invaluable trait in a realtor when making such an emotional decision as buying a home. When it came time to place an offer and negotiate, Brandon would go the extra mile with research, calls to the Sellers Agent to advocate on my behalf and then pushing hard to get the price he felt was fair but aggressive. I secured my dream home at a great price and then worked with Brandon almost daily as he and his office staff guided me through the escrow process, even helping us to close one week early so we could move in on schedule!I highly recommend Brandon as both a buyer and a sellers agent, he will absolutely make you feel like priority number one and put his expertise and his team behind you to ensure that you get the best deal!
