I was nervous about closing on my house with all the documents I needed to sign in fear Id sign something I shouldnt or didnt agree with, but everything was explained in great detail. I had the opportunity to ask questions at any time I wasnt completely sure about something. Everything was made so smooth and the communication before the closing date and the day of made everything even better. Couldnt have been more happy with the service and staff involved. We sent a request to look at a couple houses around 11pm on one of our trips down here and I got a phone call around 7 or 8 the very next morning. We were looking at houses by 11 that very afternoon. Billy was always great about answering any questions we may have had and explaining the process in great detail. He was always great and answering the phone and helping us at every step. He was very knowledgeable and set us up with the right people to help us the most. We couldnt have done it without him. Thanks again to everyone involved in the process.

BoJack Dawson helped my wife and I sell a home that we no longer wanted. Never had to do this before and really didnt know where to start. When we met BoJack he was such a help and filled us in on how the process goes. I will say without a doubt that he was a complete blessing for us. The selling of our home was extremely smooth and quick. All the stuff he recommended we do to the house to make it ready for the market was spot on. Literally on the market for less than a day. He had everything done and all we had to do was sign some paperwork with the lawyers and get our check.
