Three and a half years ago, we invested in our first property on Hilton Head IslandaEUR"a condo in Queens Grant in Palmetto Dunes. The market was tough and highly competitive at the time, but Brandon Greenplate went above and beyond to secure the beach condo we were hoping for. Fast forward to 2025: although the market in Hilton Head has become more balanced, it remains competitive. We found a condo for sale in Inverness Village (also in Palmetto Dunes) and decided it was the right moment to upgrade to a larger, better-located property. We reached out to Brandon again for what we believed were two nearly impossible tasks: sell our existing condo and secure the new one in a single coordinated transaction.
