The market was tough and highly competitive at the time, but Brandon Greenplate went above and beyond to secure the beach condo we were hoping for. Fast forward to 2025: although the market in Hilton Head has become more balanced, it remains competitive. We found a condo for sale in Inverness Village (also in Palmetto Dunes) and decided it was the right moment to upgrade to a larger, better-located property.
