My name is Brandon Childress. I am a proud Marine Corps Veteran and am excited to be a REALTOR(R) in Virginia. I've grown up in Fredericksburg and am very knowledgeable of the many surrounding areas. I've done business over the years in and throughout D.C., Fredericksburg and Richmond areas and everything in between those great cities. I am honored to have been through the military where I learned to be disciplined, dedicated, and detail-oriented. I enjoy working to find solutions to every challenge in life. ZillowVERIFIEDAlthough I know the importance of having an Agent in a RE transaction, being in the business 37 years, I posted my house for sale myself for a few weeks. Brandon reached out to me to list my home, as many others did, but he asked if "he could work for me" to get my home sold. Reluctantly, I conceded lol. So very happy I did! It was the polite, non-pushy approach that got me, along with the fact he was a Marine Corps Vet (Military mom here). He offered some perks to the deal, and assistance with getting my home ready for sale if needed, that were added incentives for me to list with him. Brandon was 100% professional during the ups and downs that inevitably happen thru a home sale process, and got us to closing in less than a month, for a higher sale price than I had anticipated so the commission was more than paid for! He had suggestions and recommendations along the way, then would ultimately say "but you're the boss, so we'll do what you want and instruct". You will not be disappointed working with Brandon! Brandon was easy and great to work with. I had a lot going on with my house, and he was very patient with the whole process. He gave me advice while also letting me make the decisions. Once my house got on the market, it was under contract within 72 hours, and the house is SOLD!! I would highly recommend it!!

Brandon is everything you want in a realtor. He is professional, friendly, and not pushy. He responds promptly to requests and questions. He listens to what you want and doesn't try to "sell" you. It took us a long time to find our house and he was very patient! ??
