ZillowVERIFIEDI think it goes without saying that purchasing a home in this particular area of Orange County can produce some challenges. During a time where houses were going in days, and buyers were coming in with deep pockets; I was your typical buyer using a VA loan going up against what felt like the world. With all that, Brandon eased my mind and explained his process on how we will overcome these preliminary obstacles. His methodology was simple, yet refreshing. Ideally, map the area(s) within my range, look for any any connections among listing agents, sellers and /or neighborhood that he or his team may have (Brandon is a long time native of the area). From this initial spiderweb of connections, we would then start to narrow down stronger connections / relationships etc, based on the search parameters assigned. This process was fun. It had me exploring zip codes or areas, which originally I didnt think I would, and it made the searches feel more personal. During the process, weekly, Brandon and his team would send us updates (new connections, price changes, conversations occurred with listing agents etc) and map out the houses I wanted to see. Each week I would select my interests and based on this list, he would map my path and add any notes needed. I have to be open and transparent, the VA loan wasnt as I envisioned in terms of ease of use. It was challenging, more so to convince or suggest why aEURoemy loan/offeraEUR? was the best. Brandon did a great job helping me promote the strengths rather then the weaknesses. He was always very professional in doing so. Ultimately, because of his research and work ethic (setting up meetings, text, in person meetings etc) it all worked out. Brandon is the kind of person you want to guide you through this process.

We listed our house with him and trusted that he would recommend and manage the sale without undue effort on our part because we moved to another state before putting it on the market. He did exactly what was needed. Even in this aEUR~sellers market things can get a little problematic. At one point we wanted to walk away from the offer because we knew that the inspection was blatantly inaccurate. After Brandon intervened, the inspector apologized in writing and due to Brandons negotiation skills he saved the deal. If you want an honest and responsive agent Brandon is your agent.
