ZillowVERIFIEDStarted property at 178000 and offered a buyers concession of 2500 for paint and we could discuss appliances except washer and dryer. I then dropped the price to 169000 with no appliances or concession. I then dropped to 150000 with telling brandon no appliances included or concession. He took it on himself to include all appliances and 2500 concession which i expressly tod him. Brandon does what he wants and doesnt listen to anything you tell him. I would not recommend him to anyone for anything. He cost me a lor of money in the end but he still gets his commission. I will be calling board of realtors about this sale.
