We used Bill to buy our house and Brandi to sell it 2 years later and both times we had a wonderful experience. There are THOUSANDS of realtors in Colorado Springs but not for one second do I regret using the Mills. Bill is well plugged into the community, knows someone who knows someone for any problem you may have he knows someone who can come help you out for such a reasonable price. Brandi is the sweetest person alive and always was so helpful and communicative with me and my crazy schedule/demands and worked around my herd of crazy kids and their needs too. If we ever have to move back to Colorado, we will absolutely search out Brandi and Bill to purchase another home. Bill worked to get us a house within our budget, and Brandi made sure we got the most for our home after we renovated it. You absolutely cannot go wrong with this amazing power couple.

Best experience that my wife and I had with realtors! Brandi and the InTouch Home Team were instrumental in helping us find and purchase our first home. We visited from out of state, having spent the weeks prior looking online at homes for sale, to find that every property we had initially shown an interest in was now under contract in a surprisingly hot market. They helped to maximize our time seeing homes that came on the market during our stay in areas that suited our needs, and, coupled with some good luck, we were able to find ourselves under contract by the time we returned home. Brandi was extremely attentive to our needs throughout the process of securing financing and closing on the home. And she was able to provide us with contacts to address our very few immediate needs with the home we had just purchased. We can?t wait to start our new life in Colorado!
