When we chose to pursue an unexpected job opportunity we had to move fast. Of course we called Brandie as we had used her to buy the home originally. When we sat down with her and she looked at our timeframe, we had about a week to get our home on the market and under contract in order to meet our goal of being in our new home out of the area. Brandie worked quickly. Our house was under contract within 6 days for 99% of our listing price. Brandie was able to coordinate a seamless back to back closing for us just as we had hoped in the timeframe we were aiming for. Worked with Chad Clark to buy a house for the first time. Chad was always available and responsive. When I originally called, I was trying to reach Brandie. Chad was the one that answered the phone and he offered a face to face meeting to see if I would be interested in working with him since Brandie mainly does listings/sales. I was originally worried since Chad's office was a bit far from where we were looking (we were looking in Longwood/Altamonte Springs/Winter Springs area). Chad never made us feel like he couldn't come out when we needed him. Almost every house we looked at was easily 30-45 minutes away and he never hesitated to make the drive. 2 days after meeting with Chad, we were out looking at houses. I remember that first day, we had looked at 5 or 6 houses in different areas of central Florida. Chad drove everywhere with us and never rushed us through a showing. (There was 4 of us looking at houses). When we found a house we liked, Chad was very quick in writing up and submitting an offer (Same day). We wanted every corner of the house inspected. Not only did he supply us with plenty of inspectors, he made sure to come out when he can to be available for support throughout the process. After the inspections, the house needed some repair/work done to it. Again, Chad did not come short in helping out with either making calls or coming out to the property. We first met Chad the first week of May and closed on a house in mid June.
